Inspired by her years of volunteerism, community engagement, patient care, clinical research, and patient advocacy, Care Partners was founded in 2024 by Devika Nair, MD MSCI. This non-profit organization seeks to connect individuals who want to help those in their community who are at vulnerable periods in their lives.

By leveraging its pool of volunteers, Care Partners:

1. Connects adults, including Veterans, to youth experiencing unstable home environments to foster meaningful, bi-directional relationships

2. Connects youth who are primarily cared for by seniors with younger adults who can serve as mentors
